My friend, Suzelle, happened to tell me about a recipe for a chicken thighs
on the very morning I had purchased a package to bake up....
so, a couple of easy changes
(I sub onion for shallot, and dill & parsley for rosemary)
...and off we go!
My whole family liked it....moist & delicious.
