The Foodnet gets me every time...


Last Night, while I worked on a craft project, 
I viewed another episode of The Best Thing I EVER Ate;
which featured dishes that the chefs described as 
"unexpected" delights.




So this morning, I find myself NEEDING to make this for breakfast.

Eggs Rose~
Toasted Kalamata Olive Bread
Slathered with Artichoke Spread
Topped with a Poached Egg.

Simply Delicious!!!
